If necessary we will make referrals to specialists in the area, e.g. heart treatments, behavior therapy or bone surgeries.

- Payment
In our practice we calculate the price using a governmental rate called GOT, common in all veterinary practices. You can pay with cash or EC card.

- Emergency Hours
Our practice takes part in an on-call service shared by many clinics: 
Weekdays from 8 pm to 7 am,
Saturday from 2 pm to 10 am
Sundays and Holidays from 10 am to 7 am.

If no one is available you can reach the emergency on-call under the phone number 11880.

- Valediction
Even though it is very hard to think about loosing a beloved animal, it is sometimes necessary to end long-term suffering and put your pet to sleep. To support you, we are willing to come to your home for this last journey.

We also advise you to think about what you'd like to do with the animal afterwards. On one hand there is the option of a funeral, either in your garden or at an animal graveyard. On the other hand there are services, called "Tierkörperbeseitigungsanstalten," which take care of the removal. Our practice also collaborates with the cremation institution "Cremare," which either disperses the ashes anonymously or sends you an urn.
